when you start a new semester of subjects the overwhelm can be very real in living with a diagnosis of ADHD. I printed everything out for the semester – subject outlines and assignment specs. The rest is online and in weekly discussion tutorials.
As is the case sometimes in life it all happens at once. It can be hard to keep up, but life is never perfect, instead it’s particles and waves in motion! We can only do our best, and seek the right assistance and support along the way to achieve goals that are aligned with our inherent strengths and greater good life life path. I sometimes look around me at the circumstances in my life and would like to have everything functioning 100 percent, and yet it isn’t that way at the moment and that’s okay. We make adjustments as we go and take small steps to achieve the bigger goals even if we take 1 step forward and two steps back at times.
I’m 10 years in to this natural health journey, and it’s been a long but worthwhile process. I’m aligned with something greater or outside myself, and it’s not always easy, but then it’s true that things that are worth building can take effort. Soon I’ll be starting the GAPS diet over winter. This is know to be helpful for ADHD. I will have plenty to post about! Along with studying and resting and everything that life is, it will all be a new and exciting Adventure for sure.

Below Exploring mindfulness through reading, meditations, lectures, and journaling. It’s very helpful and I’ll update the post with insights as I go!
