Today is the first time since I bought this book nearly 3 years ago that I’m sitting down to read it. I’m hoping I’ll find information that prescribes healing strategies to manage my current health picture, along with advice on some dietary approaches that can assist in managing ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and other health challenges.
My current thinking is that we have to take a diverse approach to health care that works for ourselves and our families. That will look different for everyone. The end goal is to have better or more manageable health, empowered by knowledge and having the right resources to achieve this.
Sharing knowledge is essential to assist other people along the way. When we are in balance we can achieve good health and well-being and so it’s important to seek this. As the saying goes… ‘seek and you shall find’. As I read this book I’ll keep you posted on the information I learn and the progress made along the way. Over the Winter is when I plan to start a GAPS diet approach to my health…💖
