Eco Friendly Cleaning to Care for the Environment, Reducing Toxins and Allergens

Today I finished up as a cleaner at my much loved workplace to dedicate more time to Naturopathy. I loved my work home because it utilised all natural cleaning products and implemented caring environmental practices including composting all food and biodegradable waste (including nappies) biodegradable bin liners, recycling, and more.

Caring for your health involves reducing toxins in your environment, especially where their are sensitivities and allergies present. Your liver, kidneys, and lymph, will appreciate it wherever you can reduce toxins in your day to day.

Part of my work is to promote awareness of Eco Friendly and Ethical products and services, and help others achieve a healthy environment. One way I can do my part for Gaia is to put into practice the health strategies I’ve learned.

In my cleaning work I create a calm and cleared space energetically and use Koh (formerly ecoworx) products and or cleaning vinegar and bicarbonate Soda, to provide an effective cleaning service. I’m by no means perfect but I think perfection isn’t necessary to create good work.

I now have Eco Friendly Home Cleaning as a business Here is a comment my friend left on our work page today, it’s always good to get positive feedback ‘Beautiful Heather you have astonished me time and time again with how efficient you are at your work. Blessings for your new endeavours’. Here’s a parting reference! Don’t let anyone say cleaning is a menial job, its a necessary one!
